Terms of use
The terms governing your use of CaliberToken's data publication.
Last updated · August 15, 2026What CaliberToken is
CaliberToken is an independent data publication. An automated engine screens publicly available token pool data and publishes algorithmic grades, rejection records and related statistics.
CaliberToken is not a broker, exchange, advisor, custodian or portfolio manager. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
No custody, no execution
CaliberToken never holds user funds, never routes orders and never executes trades. Contract addresses shown on this site are data points, not endorsements, invitations or solicitations.
Accuracy and availability
Grades are statistical summaries computed from third-party data sources that may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. A grade describes observed metrics at a point in time — it is not a prediction, a guarantee, or a statement about any team or project.
We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. The board may change or disappear within any five-minute cycle.
The rejection log
Rejection records are mechanical outcomes of fixed rules. A rejection is not an accusation of fraud, and the absence of a token from the board is not a statement about it — many legitimate projects never meet the screening floors.
Sponsored placements
Advertising on CaliberToken is always labeled and sits outside the ranked dataset. Sponsors cannot purchase grades, rank positions or rejection-log removals.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape the service abusively, misrepresent grades as endorsements, resell the data without permission, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaliberToken and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including trading losses, lost profits, or decisions made in reliance on published grades.
Changes and contact
These terms may change; the date above always reflects the latest revision, and continued use constitutes acceptance. For legal inquiries, email contact@calibertoken.com.
